Suitable for ice cream, gelato, kulfi and other frozen desserts. The built-in air churner helps incorporate air into the mix and achieve a smooth, creamy texture. Approximately 5L of mix can produce up to around 10L of finished product at 100% overrun, depending on the recipe and operating conditions.
